As Product Developer / Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for delivery the Product!
- Scope the project:

- Define the features
- Review commerialisation
- Develop strategic insights
- Map customer experience
- Project Manage the developers
-
- You do not need to code, but you need to be able to work closely with developers to ensure the project is moving in the right direction
- Build the infrastructure required for the product
- Quickly and effective build prototypes and MVP's
- Be an effective communicator (English is the business language)
- Be an influence and negotiator - being able to express business decisions to the founders an investors is essential
The successful individual will have the following experience and traits:
- An individual who enjoys taking ownership and responsibility
- Fluent english communications skills (written & spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills
- 4 -10 years experience in Product development
- Experience of working in early to mid stage start-ups
- Demonstrate passion and drive for start-ups
