Responsibilities

•  To manage and maintain Company's Servers, Email, Networking & Firewall. 
• Provide technical support of hardware, software, network and operating system;
• To maintain the documentation system, record and inventory of all software and hardware installations and licenses;
• Provide routine data backup support duty, software/hardware installation and configuration;
• Provide IT support to frontline shops and back office.
• Customize internal application as required.

Requirements

•  Diploma or above in Computer related disciplines
•  Knowledge in file servers, email systems, database server and system backup/restore is an advantage
•  Well organized, hardworking, able to work independently and under pressure;
