Based in Hong Kong, at our Asia Pacific Headquarters and reporting to the Sr Director, Clinical Information Services & Advanced Analytics, Medical Affairs Asia Pacific, this role will play a critical role to support the business operations of Fresenius Kidney Care, our dialysis services business, through data analytics and supporting various clinical and market intelligence database.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence Database

• Collect, organize and consolidate market intelligence data from countries in Asia Pacific
• Review completeness of data
• Customise Dashboard and provide support and training to users
• Prepare analysis and reports for various business needs e.g. Regional Marketing Meeting, Corporate Investor Relations and other relevant AP departments

Clinical Systems

• Support Clinical Systems operations, maintenance and update
• Provide operational support to users
• Trouble shooting and suggest solutions
  

Business and Data Analysis

• Analyse and report financial, operation related data and other KPIs of clinic performance
• Prepare data in a logic and user friendly structure to support analysis
• Perform basic statistical operations and graphic development for analysis or publications
• Project support that require business and data analysis

Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:

• University Graduate with a degree in Business Analytics or a degree in Business with education in business analytics, preferably with IT database education;
• The position requires that the candidate should have at least 3 years work experience in fields related to business analysis, preferably in clinical or medical services sector;
• Solid experience with SQL queries and relational databases is essential;
• Working experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SAP BW/BO is highly preferable;
• Experience in project management is a plus;
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, strong oral and written communication skills in English and preferably another language relevant to the AP region;
• Open to occasional business travel.
