Job Description

In this role, you will:

- Responsible for day to day operations for Enterprise Solutions in the group and ultimately responsible for all Enterprise Solutions in each location

Take a primary role in the following Enterprise Solutions used across the group

  • Collaboration of Audio/Video Conferencing System
  • Windows 10 Deployment (Global Support & Direction)
  • Endpoint Security
  • ManageEngine Helpdesk, Management & Administration
  • Document Management Systems

Take a secondary role in the following Enterprise Solutions used across the group

  • Global Active Directory & ADFS Design Implementations
  • Single Sign On Integration to Enterprise Systems
  • Office 365 (All products under Office 365)
  • Microsoft Licensing
  • Mobile Management
  • Azure (BigData/Central Finance DB)

 Responsible for the overall direction of IT Communication & Collaboration Technology to be used within the Group and using the latest Technology including but not limited to set strategy across the Head Office and all locations

Manage, design and administrate and provide helpdesk services for Corporate Collaboration Systems which includes Exchange Online, Messaging, Conferencing (voice & video), and Mobility Services

Responsible for Overseeing all IT Communication & Collaboration activity across in the HSH offices and support & manage all Enterprise Solutions Services

Act as 1st tier direct end user support to Head Office users and 2nd tier support for global operations

Support for all head offices staff during meetings and conferences at the offices

Take the secondary role of Microsoft Office 365 & Sphere administration under the guidance of Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Manage, design and administrate and provide helpdesk services for Corporate Collaboration Systems

 

Qualifications

- University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent

- At least 4 years’ experience in IT Project Management

- Able to conduct basis training, perform one to one to senior executives and provide end-user support

- Ability to document project scopes and specifications documentation for project planning & execution

- Good analytical and technical skills, system and business analysis skills

- Strong in Writing Systems & User Documentation

- Experience in continually assess project situations and steer projects back on course

- Good knowledge in Microsoft AD / ADFS, Windows OS/Servers, Management of Helpdesk Support Systems and ITIL Process Management

- Solid experience in general IT helpdesk & basic networks, PC setup and general IT troubleshooting skills

- Experience in mobile device management, collaboration tools, deploying IT technology to End users

- Good understanding of compliance & security requirements, system development life cycle, general IT helpdesk & basic networks, PC setup and general IT troubleshooting skills

Effective interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, a team player and strong ability to communicate across various levels in the organization

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and a team player
