A lead role to support the rollout of all project deployment and system development related technologies (all on-line system, donator management, sponsorship management, Printers, Traffic Counters and Security Solutions). The candidate will also be developing and executing project plans and progress review exercise with relevant business departments to ensure continuous alignment with the business. Ensuring quality planning. control and successful delivery of all technology projects across the partnership. The candidate will also be managing a team, providing performance review and coaching where need being. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead large scale of new system function implementation projects for a new donor management and sponsorship system development
• Responsible for the full SDLC and implementations ; perform project resources managements, change & training managements, risk managements , quality managements and vendors managements
• Facilitate user requirement gathering, recommend best practice solutions; Analyze demarcation of applications and related data model
• Responsible for project plan, process control and communication with senior management ; Represent the first level of support to the key internal users

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computing Science, or equivalent practice including: MIS, E-Commerce, IT or ICT
• At least 5 years applications development experience with 3 years solid experience in managing full life cycle ERP system implementation projects in multi-cultural environment
• Experienced in NGO fundraising systems is a definite advantage
• Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills , willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment
• Analytical-mind with self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and be flexible
• Possess the managerial skill to lead a team of several applications
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, and able to communicate with external consultants and internal users efficiently to achieve projects goals on schedule
• Good communications and presentation skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
