User Services Section

The appointee will provide IT support and onsite services to the University community. He/She will be responsible for solving users’ IT related problems, setting up computer hardware and software, providing IT consultancy services as well as liaising with users of different levels from all departments. The appointee may also be required to work during irregular hours occasionally.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronic Engineering or related discipline, with at least three years of relevant work experience. While good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese are mandatory, effective communications and a service-oriented work attitude are also expected.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
