Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of service provisioning and orchestration system
• Participate in key digital transformation project for business support systems modernization
• Work with technical team or vendor to implement user requirements of service provisioning logics 
• Provide technical support for system implementation and integration
• Create, maintain and review system specification documentation
• Assist in executing user acceptance test
• Monitor system performance and health status
• Analyzing and troubleshooting system & operation issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related disciplines
• 6-8 years’ experience in software development and support
• Programming knowledge in Java, SQL and Linux shell script
• Quick learner in adopting latest Information and Communications Technology for digital transformation and cloud services enablement.
• Hands-on experience in preparing functional specification
• Good problem solving, interpersonal, communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet task schedule
• Knowledge in mobile network technology and provisioning will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
