Job Description
Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for IT Support Assistant
Job Description:
-Responsible for answer end users’ enquirers for various PC problems through telephone and email
-Provide remote and onsite support to end users, e.g. installation of PC
-Installation or setting up PC or other PC related equipment
- Perform physical hardware health check annually
-Perform hardware maintenance work such as hardware replacement
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
- at least 1 years of hands-on experience
- Good communication in Cantonese and English
