Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in content accuracy and availability to drive user experience
• Deliver effective reporting solutions to showcase impact of friction and quality issues on user experience
• Analyze customer and business needs to determine new solutions
• Creates business cases and provides actionable recommendations on how to improve content quality
• Helps present findings to key stakeholders
• Leverage team works or cross functional collaboration to improve customer experience
• Contribute to improve business processes and reduce overall issues

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years providing e-commerce analytics
• Expertise in one or more of the following e-commerce analytics tools: SiteCatalyst, Discover, Insights
• Proven experience using BI and reporting solutions - Microsoft SQL, Power BI suite of applications or/and Tableau. 
• Expertise in statistical analytical tools - Excel/JMP/SAS
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences
