The Job:

  • Drive the successful delivery of various product development projects
  • Assist in enhancing the proposal system to support the channel growth and help achieve company business objectives.
  • Establish and manage effective and trusted relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are involved appropriately.
  • Follow local regulatory requirements and update the system accordingly.

The Person:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in insurance
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuarial are preferred
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Sound project knowledge with understanding in internal operations of insurance company
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, organized, committed team player, strong sense of responsibility
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
