Our Client is an international logistics solution provider specialized in serving e-commerce clients. It offers a range of cross border shipping services covering more than 220 countries and territories around the globe. It aims at becoming a leader in global e-commerce related logistics activities focusing on three areas: cross border delivery, domestic delivery and fulfillment.

Our Client is seeking a Contract IT Administrator to support its business.

Duties:

• Support location: HK and Shenzhen and role will be based in HK
• Focal point for Greater China to manage PC assets, incl. purchasing, allocating resources and monitoring inventory status
• Coordinate and monitor IT cost, budget responsibility and planning of costs
• Maintain proper documentation of IT Service Management processes, Network, Infrastructure and hardware
• Manage IT Service Providers to ensure optimum performance with consistently high standards with respect to IT service delivery, capacity, availability, data quality, timeliness and security.
• Drive & manage IT projects as and when assigned by the Regional/Global IT Group.
• Coordination of education/training in the field of software/hardware usages as well IT process topics of all the employees
• Setup PC profile according to company standards.
• Maintain close relationship with IT Demand Management in HQ.
• Day-to-day support, maintain desktop/laptop and ops IT hardware.
• S/w license and IT hardware asset management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-3 years IT hardware and network support experience 
• Strong IT background on business system support.
• Good experience and knowledge of customized business system.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel/Access/VBA/C# and other web technologies would be a plus.
• Skills technical to analyzing business system issue and fix solution delivery.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
