Job Description:

• Setup, configure, and perform day-to-day maintenance and administration of Windows / Linux systems
• Provide Active Directory and Group policy management and support
• Manage Exchange environment, configuring, maintaining & supporting the setup
• Manage domain, user/computer objects, accounts, and permissions 
• Perform day-to-day break-fix, troubleshooting Windows related issues, performance issues, etc.
• Assist in developing and maintaining processes, procedures and monitoring related to sustainment activities for ensuring optimum service levels

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience with trouble-shooting skills
• Good knowledge in supporting desktop operating systems such as end user devices
• Experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory support of file and print services, DNS, Domain Controller replication, and organizational unit management
• Experience in building, configuring, and managing Windows Server 2003-2012, Linux Server and Virtual Machines, LAN / wireless network
• Experience in SAN environment and technical documentation
• Relevant certification such as MCSE, RHCE, CCNP, CISSP will be of advantage 
• HK Permanent resident is required
