Responsibilities 

• Administer, maintain and support Windows environment
• Implementation of change request on servers, systems and application development tasks
• Provide IT helpdesk service (e.g. technical support, training etc.) to in-house users at all levels
• Manage outsourcing partners, service providers and vendors
• Responsible for hardware procurement 
• Be an active member of various new IT projects and assignments upon necessary

Requirements 

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in supporting Windows platform/system administration or related experience
• Good skill in diagnose and troubleshoot Hardware & Software issues
• Programming experience on .NET, C#, VB, ASP, HTML, JavaScript is a must
• Knowledge of MS-SQL DB, Crystal Report, Reporting Services and MS-CRM system is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and challenges
• Applicant with less experience and qualification will be considered as System Engineer
