Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental scanning, research on latest digital industry trends, covering payments, trade, retail and/or financing
  • Analyze, uncover missed opportunities across industries and recommend new digital opportunities for the business
  • Think strategically on the products/services that can be jointly created with target industry partners
  • Lead and facilitate discussions with partners to jointly create products and services for customers
  • Manage relationships with partners and ensure business targets are achieved
  • Initiate Digital Transformation Program / Change Program, engaged with c-levels
  • Extend the full potential of the Company's offerings to maximize Digital Transformation engagements to achieve customers'business goals.
  • Cultivate innovative and customer-centric culture and mindset of the workforce through training and insights sharing to enable operating agility and cultural transformation

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of work experience in ecommerce / Fintech/ I.T./ financial services / management consulting or related industries
  • Basic understanding of digital toolsets such as Cloud, Ariticial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Image processing, Data Analytics, Blockchain and Digital Wallets
  • Experience in dealing with eMarketplace, Mcommerce, O2O is an added advantage
  • Strong Business & Decision driver - Manage barriers, by Enabling shared visions to C-Levels in digital transformation journey
  • Demonstrated success in client engagement and engaging internal partners to designing solutions, track record of delivering impactful business solutions
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions and functions to drive partnership development, program success and KPIs
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments, bias towards action
