Job Description
Technical Support Service Staff Responsibilities:
• Responsible for designing, planning and integrating related systems and IT infrastructure to meet internal and clients’ business needs
• Analyze IT needs, obtain requirements and identify solution alternatives
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the project progress and effectiveness
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the project implementation
Assisting in additional IT projects (both internal and external) as needed Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2 years or above project management experience in sizable infrastructure system implementation, financial institute prefer
• Good technical knowledge and experience in Web, Linux, networking connection for financial institute
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
