Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide daily tier 2 to tier 3 support on infrastructure areas including applications and infrastructure
Participate in infrastructure projects and implementation work
Monitor and review infrastructure performance as well as computer operations, and provide relevant performance reports
Willing to travel to PRC

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge and experience in administrator role on platforms such as Windows Server, RemoteApp, VMWare 5, Lansweeper, Fortigate Firewall, FortiManager, etc

Our Company mainly use Chinese to communicate:

Fluent in Mandarin and Chinese typing (25 words per minute)
Ability to work as a team, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in Chinese writing

Qualification Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology
Over 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure
Holder of MCSE, VCA, CCNA, Fortinet NSE is preferred
