The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all policy administration activities and/or services within his/her sub-division/section by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate members.

Candidate holding relatively less experience will be considered for the post of Policy Administration Officer.

Major Duties & Responsibilities include:-

• Issue and supervise subordinates to issue various types of policy / endorsement/ reinsurance closing (both direct and facultative inwards) and renewals.
• Perform and supervise subordinates to execute R/I allocation and risk accumulation control.
• Review and check all incoming instructions, allocate job to subordinate staffs and monitor their works.
• Prepare various reports to Management, HKFI & HKIA etc.
• Review and update existing policy wordings on an ongoing basis.
• Lead or support cross functional projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications such as ACII / ANZIIF (Snr Assoc).
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in policy administration.
• Aggressive, proactive at work & result-oriented.
• Work independently and able to work ahead of deadline.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
