Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining the Company’s Travel Insurance, Assistance, and Appliance Protection business in Hong Kong
• Developing strategic business plans for the business development function
• Building the Company’s sales pipeline for responsible products and market segments
• Developing and maintaining key customer strategic relationships
• Developing a thorough understanding of the company’s Travel Insurance and Assistance business and the Hong Kong Travel and Travel Insurance markets
• Overseeing the negotiation & conclusion of contracts with key partners through appropriate propositions, and relevant internal liaison.
• Through constant analysis & consultations, ensuring that the company’s proposition is appropriate for the market, and implement changes to business development strategies as needed.
• Developing new product and services initiatives in response to identified opportunities
• Providing support for all corporate marketing & PR-related activities as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferable with major in Management or Marketing
• Minimum 6 years prior working experience in Marketing or Sales role 
• Preferable with prior working experience in an insurance or travel industry-related business development role
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English
