Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle monthly payroll
  • Administer benefits including MPF/ORSO, medical insurance, leave applications, and tax filing etc.
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Assist in staff appraisal process
  • Maintain HR policies
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Above 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in sizable company
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Taxation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese input and Payroll system
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less qualification/experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor/Supervisor
