Job Description
Latitude is looking for a committed, dynamic and eager Policy Administrator to deliver their services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team of brokers with renewal processes, management of clients' records and placing files, maintenance of policy data.
- Service the Company's clients including issuing policies, endorsements and invoices, following-up on inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with the Accounting team regarding invoicing, settlement/refund and commission,
- Communicate closely with Singapore Office and Brokers
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as required
Profile:
- Fresh Graduate welcomed
- Any experience in the Insurance or Financial or Marine Industry / documentation welcomed
- Proficient command of written and verbal Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Detail orientated, well-organised, problem-solving, possess high level of accuracy, able to meet deadlines and deliver a high standard of service, team-oriented, multitasking, strong in figures.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
