Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and process medical claims according to company scheme rules.
2. Provide prompt and accurate assessment of inpatient and outpatient claims within the service turnaround time.
3. Arrange disbursement of reports and payments on claims settlement
4. Handle phone and email enquiries from clients and providers.
5. Promptly identify customer needs and liaise with internal business units to resolve issues.

Key Requirements:

1. Diploma holder or above with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in medical claims or group medical products in medical or insurance industry.
2. Familiar with medical and surgical procedures, policy plan set up and benefit
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused.
4. Strong sense of team spirit, strong analytical skill, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
5. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
6. Proficiency in PC 
7. Candidate with less experience will be considered as  Senior Officer/ Officer.
8. Immediate available is preferred
