Job Responsibilities

• žPerform the claims related tasks to support the TPA team in delivering the high quality of work in effective and efficient manner
• Handle the assessment and correspondence for Reimbursement and Pre-authorization on medical claims
• Ensure the claims tasks be handled adhere with the SLA and company guidelines
• Liaise all claims related matters with insurers, medical providers, and internal staffs, including the payment arrangement with hospitals
• Take implementation for the improvement of claims process
• Coordinate with regional teams to smoothen the operation of claims and administration area in cross countries

Education & Experience

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in medical claims processing or pre-authorization assessment is a MUST
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
• Mature, attentive to details, self-motivated, with excellent team spirit and ability to handle multi-tasks
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to interact with regional teammates at all level
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
