Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal project and sales teams to develop strategic sales
• Involve in different marketing campaigns to promote Generali’s products and services
• Conduct outbound call to target customers for generating new business
• Provide customer-centric services in order to meet clients’ needs and expectations
• Handle individual customer and business partners’ calls to facilitate the enrolment process, follow up outstanding documents and answer enquiries
• Maintain and build up good relationship with our individual clients, prospects and business partners
• Collect market information and keep abreast of the insurance industry’s development

Job  Requirements:

• Tertiary education or equivalent in any discipline with 4 years or more related experience (general insurance field would be an advantage)
• With agent license and experience in telemarketing is preferred
• Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Responsible, well organized and attention to details, able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, driven individuals with an interest in the healthcare sector
• Persistent, outgoing, customer-oriented and warm personality
• Hands on MS Office knowledge
