Job Description:

• Act as the Chief Executive to manage the business unit of insurance brokerage or qualify for the application of being a Chief Executive
• Manage the daily insurance brokerage sales operation and administrative workflow and ensure the activities are in complied with regulatory requirement
• Lead the whole business unit to achieve business goals & objectives by generating revenues through inbound sales, referral, networking events and renewal
• Oversee and monitor the team's performance to ensure business activities are in complied with regulatory requirement by giving guidelines, advisory and mentoring subordinates etc.
• Work with internal teams to conduct product training to sales team and business partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and supervise the sales team to achieve the company objectives

Requirements:

• A CE license holder under PIBA / CIB is a MUST
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage or related industries,including at least 2-years in managerial / supervisory position
• In-depth knowledge of insurance sales
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills
• Sales-oriented and highly self-motivated
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
