Job Description 工作範圍:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls in professional and efficient manner
• 以專業態度有效處理來電查詢及致電客人
• Generate sales activities by getting new business and securing renewal business
• 開拓新客戶群及提供優質服務給予現有客戶
• Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients clerical duties (data entry, filing etc.)
• 跟進及確保客人獲得適切服務及支援一般文書工作(如:資料輸入、存檔等)

Requirements 入職要求:

• F.5 or above
• 中五或以上程度
• 1 year relevant experiences on motor business is definitely an advantage
• 具一年或以上相關汽車保險經驗絕對會是個優勢
• Passed in IIQE Paper I and II intermediaries examination preferred
• 通過保險中介資格考試保險牌卷一及卷二優先
• Qualification in insurance professional examination would be a plus
• 擁有專業保險試資格人士優先
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
• 流利廣東話及書寫中文，一般英語及普通話
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work & solve problems independently
• 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧，積極主動，能獨立工作及解決問題
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
• 熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
• Fresh graduates and candidates who are interested in Motor Business
• 歡迎應屆畢業生及有意投身汽車業務人士申請
• Immediately available is preferred
• 能即時上班者優先考慮

Candidate with more relevant working experiences will be considered as Business Officer 較多相關經驗者可考慮為保險業務主任

Work Location: Montery Plaza, Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘萬泰利廣場

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

工作時間：星期一至五，09:00-18:00
