General Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Stationed in Tokyo with permanent right to work.
• Establishes and ensures achievement of sales growth and profitability targets
• Develops new client business by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivating relationships with existing client
• Lead, manage and motivate the Japan team effectively, providing inspirational leadership, day-to-day management, and developing them to be as effective and successful as they can be.
• Pre-empt and solve problems rapidly using a proactive and fact based approach
• Act as the liaison between the Hong Kong head office and Japan business
• Identifies competitive threats and emerging problems and offers
• Builds strong relationships with employees at all levels; works to be approachable by employees
• Occasional travel on short notice
• Reports to the CEO

Previous Experience/Skills Required:

• Degree educated
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital media advertising sales in Japan, has to have management experience
• Well networked with an extensive knowledge of media/advertising industry
• Excellent leadership and organization skill, a good team player with internal and external parties

• Detail-minded, strong analytical skill, sensitive to market trend
• Highly focused and able to work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment, demonstrating emotional maturity.
• Proven track record of successful client negotiations
• Demonstrates expertise in the theories and practice of performance management
• Profit and loss and budgeting experience strongly preferred.
• Ideally a native Japanese speaker who is also fluent in business English and Japanese, both verbal and written, with the ability to report, communicate and present effectively in English /  Putonghua

【必須条件】

• 学歴：大学院、大学以上
• デジタルメディア・広告営業の実務経験5年以上

• メディア・広告営業の知識・経験・人脈をお持ちの方
• 明るく社内外のコミュニケーションが取れる方
• 聡明、前向き、オーナーシップを持って仕事に取組める方。
• プロフェッショナルな存在感と優れた対人関係のスキル
• 年間経費予算の設定並びに管理の経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語と日語力(主に本社へのレポーティング、会議などで使用)
