The jobholder reports to Head of Quality Management under Swarovski Professional and he/she is responsible to work closely with the Quality Supplier Management team in headquarter to take part in implementing a global quality supplier development process.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Prepare and verify all necessary information for our suppliers as determination of required delivery quality
• Plan and perform supplier audits
• Initiate, coordinate and support of supplier development
• Coordinate, develop and improve process for internal departments and external suppliers

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at professional level
• Good communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
• Previous experience in quality processes and tools with SAP knowledge is desired
