VP - Merchandising x 1

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the merchandising teams
• Lead the teams to develop and execute strategies 
• Leading the merchandising teams to work with cross functional partners to execute strategic 
• Leverage customer knowledge for development, category and assortment optimization 
• Leading Product Development and Design teams to work towards and ensure on-time delivery 
• Initiate and share learning with business partners regarding consumer insight 
• Lead seasonal and strategic competitive pricing analysis and present relevant conclusions 

 Requirement 

• Over 10 years' solid experience in garment merchandising
• Strong product development knowledge 
• Ability to manager and lead multi-functional teams 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Business Development Manager x 1

Requirement 

• Over 8 years relevant experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to establish strong relationships with the Technician
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese or Mandarin and English
