Responsibilities

• Responsible for capacity planning and overall production scheduling based on demand from forecast to ensure supply capacity copes with forecast
• Responsible for production planning and materials requests, work closely with various departments to ensure on time and consistent delivery of products
• Follow up the production plan to ensure smooth and efficient operation and optimize manufacturing performance
• Coordinate & communicate closely with Sales and Marketing Department to achieve on-time fulfillment and resolve supply issues
• Consolidate and analyze data for root cause finding
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required by supervisor

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Logistic Engineering / Supply Chain Management
• 1-2 years relevant working experience, in Food Manufacturing is preferred
• Proficient in MS applications especially MS Excel
• Working Knowledge of MRP and ERP Systems is preferable
• Strong analytical and able to work with mathematical concepts
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Planning Assistant
