The applicants will directly report to the Quality Manager of the Division and are preferred to be:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support department manager to lead the drive for constantly improving quality in all aspects of business for Power supply / battery charger products ;
2. On-line quality monitoring and control for better quality performance, driving for continued product quality improvement.
3. Develop a strong relationship with Engineering/ production / Marketing and use quality tools to eliminate waste that causes product quality concerns;
4. Know-how about Kaizen, Lean Practice, Six Sigma, Product Safety Regulatory Compliance;
5. Carry out internal audits and support external audits of all business processes, ensuring that meets all ISO standards including TS16949,ISO14001,ISO13485,OHSAS18001;
6. Monitor non-conformances, and ensure improvements are made as a result of each instance;
7. Carry-out self-assessments in order to identify areas for improvement;
8. Work with Quality Team to ensure alignment with company vision;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree, 5 years working experience in quality field, 2 years above working in a management role;
2. In-depth knowledge of problem solving methodologies (eg; Six Sigma, LEAN);
3. Experience of working to ISO standards;
4. Experience working in Power supply industry preferred, otherwise in and engineering related industry;
5. Self-motivated, and able to show good initiative;
6. Fluent in Mandarin & English.
