Responsibilities: 

• Plan and manage the execution of projects according to scheduled timelines and action plan;
• Monitor resources according to project estimation;
• Identify new project opportunities;
• Prepare project proposals and reports, data analysis and project presentation;
• Coordinate with project team, including clients and external consultants;
• Undertake project administration and documentation support.

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Textiles / Clothing related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in textiles / garment manufacturing sector;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadline;
• Possess strong problem solving, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills;
• Travel to PRC / overseas is required.

Terms of Appointment:  Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Remuneration package will be highly competitive.  The Authority provides excellent staff development opportunities.
