Our client is one of Hong Kong’s major computer and electronic hardware EMS manufacturers.  Owing to the recent rapid growth, they are looking for a seasoned engineering and manufacturing executive to be its Operation Manager in Southern China. 

Candidate accountable for: 

• Formulating manufacturing, technology strategies and production plan to satisfy the customers’ requirements;
• Leading and managing an operation with P&L responsibility, develop management competencies with key performance indicators; 
• Coordinate with the product design team for new product introduction;
• Drive and implement best manufacturing practices such as lean, 6 Sigma, where appropriate, for productivity and efficiency enhancement.

Suitable candidate shall be/have: 

• Degree in Engineering, a higher degree is a definite advantage;
• 10+ years solid manufacturing / shop-floor management experience with P/L accountability gained from sizeable or MNC electronic manufacturing companies;
• Familiar with PCBA and SMT technologies and operational management;
• Well versed with best manufacturing and quality practices;
• A self-assured and versatile leader with drive for success in a team orientated culture;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
