Responsibilities:

• Help create product lines for key seasons such as Christmas, Halloween, and Easter.
• Do market research & analysis to identify market trends & potential hot selling items.
• Source innovative, new products, & improve/refresh current products.
• Good at negotiating costs & terms with factories.
• Follow up product development from concept stage to final finished product stage.
• Good understanding in production & solve potential technical / quality issues. 
• Travelling is required.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in seasonal products.
• Familiar with licensed products 
• Familiar with US retailers is a MUST-
• With a good vendor contacts in the same category is a definite plus
• Enthusiast, initiative, hardworking, & responsible.
