Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the QC & QA system
- Perform test and inspection for incoming raw materials & finished products
- Monitor Production processes
- Troubleshoot quality problems and improve overall quality of products
Job Requirements:

IVE / University Degree in Food Science or related discipline
-
Minimum 1 year related experience in food industry or commercial laboratory
-
Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime, night shift and Sunday
-
Knowledge of HACCP / ISO22000 / Microbiological test is preferable
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word

Fresh graduated / less experience will be considered as Assistant QC Technician
