Job Description:

• Implements quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality complying with company requirements, international safety standards (such as US, Europe, Canada and Australia) and client requirements         
• Prepare QA specifications (covering product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans)
• Works with other departments to ensure product design meets with international safety standard and retailers’ protocols
• Communicates with third party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on time
• Works with suppliers to ensure product quality meeting our quality requirement
• Works with third party laboratories on risk assessment especially for new requirements or Directives
• Follow up on site production pilot when necessary
• Follow up technical file for TSD for EU costumers
• Follow up art work and SAS sample approval in daily work

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Quality Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ of plastic / electronic toys experiences in manufacturing industry (including product development, QA procedure development and testing set-up)
• Familiar with international safety standard including US, Europe, Canada and Australia, etc
• Familiar with retailers’ protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to travel and stay in China
