Job Duties: (Sales Coordinator)

• Data analysis: collect sales data and consolidate to sales report
• Handle customer orders and data input into system
• General Sales order process incl. prepare Invoices & quotations
• Update the order status in the system and maintain the database
• To provide sales administration support to Sales Team
• Monitor manufacturing progress 
• Handle full set of I/E documents and declaration
• Handle all transportation arrangement including ocean and air freight forwarding, as well as local transportation
• Coordinate with factories for cargo ready date and delivery

Duties and Responsibilities: (Product Material Control)PMC

• Handle customer's enquiries, product developments, prepare quotations, follow-up orders;
• Liaise with in-house departments to monitor the overall flow of sales;
• Maintain and enhance business relationship with customers.
• Work closely with local & overseas customers, as well as factory in China
• Coordinate between internal departments and factories for order processing & shipment arrangement to ensure timely service delivery
  

Requirement

• F.6 or above with1-2 year experience at manufacturing 
• Fluency in spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Proficient in operating MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in multi-tasks
• Immediately available is preferred
• Previous experience in optical manufacturing is preferred
