Job Roles:

In line with business strategies and company goals, the Product Officer will manage the full product portfolio, and work with sales, marketing and logistics teams closely to achieve company goals and team objectives.

Job Duties:

•  Review product portfolio constantly by selecting and developing right products; and      identifying product potential;
•  Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products in  terms of features, benefits and pricing.
•  Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by monitoring and adjusting inventory  levels and production schedules.
•  Determine product specifications and ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of products  import, packaging, labelling, etc.
•  Prepare product information and training materials for sales & marketing team’s further    execution; write up and / or translate as required.
•   Set production & delivery timetables for OEM projects or premium sourcing.
•   Draft time-integrated plans for product introduction and product launch.
•   Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product  specifications and requirements;appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging  changes.
•  Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales  costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
•   Maintain professional and technical knowledge to become a subject expert.

Job Requirements:

•    Degree holder in any discipline with over 5 years in product management experience
•    Experience in baby product or toys business is highly preferred
•    Self-motivated, details-oriented, and results-focused
•    Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
