Job Description

Job Responsibilities

 

  • To set up, implement and monitor CSR standard and procedures encompassing ethical, social, environmental, energy & material, and health & safety;
  • To propose and execute the CSR strategy for Asia Pacific in line with the Global CSR strategy.
  • To develop factory compliance standards, conduct on site factory ethical & environmental audits and evaluation to ensure the company requirements and design corrective action plans if necessary;
  • To handle WRAP AND SA8000 certification and set up anti-bribery and corruption policy;
  • To organize supplier workshops to update on our ethical requirements and share best practices;
  • To lead or participate in global CSR initiatives or projects.

  

Job Requiremnent

 

  • Degree in Quality Assurance, CSR, Ethical and Environmental, Manufacturing policies related disciplines;
  • 15 + years’ experience in CSR policies and procedures and auditing factories for garment industry in Asia with experience of establishing a CSR department from scratch;
  • Good knowledge of ethical standards and manufacturing, ISO Quality, Lean/Six Sigma/5S and NGO & premium brand connections;
  • Audit qualification (ISO 9000/SA 8000) would be a definite advantage;
  • Good leadership, coaching, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Assertive with sound communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strategic thinking, Detail –orientated and proactive team player;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
