Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To set up, implement and monitor CSR standard and procedures encompassing ethical, social, environmental, energy & material, and health & safety;
- To propose and execute the CSR strategy for Asia Pacific in line with the Global CSR strategy.
- To develop factory compliance standards, conduct on site factory ethical & environmental audits and evaluation to ensure the company requirements and design corrective action plans if necessary;
- To handle WRAP AND SA8000 certification and set up anti-bribery and corruption policy;
- To organize supplier workshops to update on our ethical requirements and share best practices;
- To lead or participate in global CSR initiatives or projects.
Job Requiremnent
- Degree in Quality Assurance, CSR, Ethical and Environmental, Manufacturing policies related disciplines;
- 15 + years’ experience in CSR policies and procedures and auditing factories for garment industry in Asia with experience of establishing a CSR department from scratch;
- Good knowledge of ethical standards and manufacturing, ISO Quality, Lean/Six Sigma/5S and NGO & premium brand connections;
- Audit qualification (ISO 9000/SA 8000) would be a definite advantage;
- Good leadership, coaching, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Assertive with sound communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic thinking, Detail –orientated and proactive team player;
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
