Title                 :              Factory Manager (station Danang, Vietnam)

Responsibilities

1. Supervise the garment production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality
2. Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and materials utilization
3. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
4. Assist factory work study and implement industrial engineering (IE) system
5. Organize and monitor the warehouse daily operation and activities in a safe, efficient and in accordance with corporate procedures
6. Liaise and work with concerned parties, administration, merchandising, logistics on production and delivery issues
7. Support the manufacture in ensuring compliance with industry certification of compliance e.g. ICTI
8. Identify training needs of workers and develop training programmes
9. Ensure achievement of production targets

Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in Textile/ Garment Manufacturing is highly preferred but not a must
2. 8-10 years equivalent solid working experience in garment manufacturing (experience in manufacturing of infant wear and/or outerwear is highly preferred), with the last 5 years holding a managerial role in sizable factory
3. Good knowledge in garment production technique and operation, including cost control, quality control, etc.
4. Ability to make production and logistics planning and ensure their prompt execution
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghu
