Title     :  Assistant General Manager (station Danang, Vietnam)

 Job purpose: 

Oversee the manufacturing, annual budget, production schedule, and customer requirements

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Prepare and implement annual budget and business plans to meet or even exceed the financial and non-financial KPIs as approved by management

2. Plan, organize, and control the manufacturing in accordance with the production schedule and quality requirements

3. Monitor the efficiency, costs and quality of the manufacturing and take necessary remedial action when necessary

4. Ensure compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements such as labour laws and safety regulations, COC requirements, and the standard operation procedures

5. Improve and enhance the manufacturing and work processes to optimize the performance and productivity on a continual basis

6. Ensure capital assets to be well maintained and utilized

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering / Garment Manufacturing or a related discipline

2. At least 10 years’ general management experience in garment manufacturing
