The Job:

• Report to Department Head and in charge of a small team based in HK and regional offices;
• Accountable for business development strategies and sales plan formation to enhance market share and sales growth;
• Responsible for product sourcing, liaising with customers and suppliers with sales related activities;
• Manage business maintenance and expansion by providing customer and product development services;
• Comply with yearly productivity target by applying practical and effective production and management tools and means like statistical analysis, cost and benefits approach etc.;
• Lead and build up a positive, dynamic teamwork culture supporting the growth of the company;
• Research market intelligence to stay abreast of market trends;
• Occasional travel to regional offices is required.

The Person:

• University graduate;
• Minimum 10 years working experience in merchandising industry;
• Possess strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills, effective management techniques;
• Ability to work under high pressure at all times and to systematically and effectively solve the unpredictable problems or troubles in the given time frame;
• A strategic thinker and business developer with demonstrated experience in market and global customer network;
• Have strong management, negotiation and planning skills;
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
