With 1- 5 years+ IPO execution / coverage experience
Pitching and marketing to client, incl. preparation of pitching materials
Placement & M&A, IPO execution, etc.
Experience in infrastructure, transportation, environmental protection, manufacturing or other related industries
Familiar with investment banking products and execution, such as IPO, placement, bonds issue and M&A
With project resources and coverage capabilities is highly prefer
Can work independently, assist in project execution, incl. documentation, due diligence process
