Key Responsibilities:

• Partner up with sales office to handle assigned brands enquiry
• Liaising closely with supplier to expedite the process from artwork review to sample approval
• Assist merchandiser and provide clerical supports in organizing samples sent to sales office for approval
• Responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in the ERP system; process sales relevant documents, e.g. quotation, delivery note, etc.
• Provides backend support for negotiating the best delivery schedule with supplier and ensure the time frames are met
• Monitoring the sample development process and proceed necessary product testing upon the sample is approved
• Tracking the inspection and quality control report, communicate with CS Coordinator and Merchandiser whenever in need
• Develop and maintain a good partnership with suppliers, X-customers and sales office for long term business cooperation
• Preparing meeting materials and participate regular relevant meetings
• Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

  Requirements:

• Secondary School Certificate or above, or diploma in merchandising relevant discipline
• 1-2 years related experience in customer services, purchasing, supply chain management
• Proactive at work along with excellent organizational & time-management skills
• A keen attention to details along with good communication
• Energetic, detail-minded, well organized to develop good relationship with both customers and suppliers
• Well-organized and eager to learn
• Good in interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
• Well understanding of business processes and the merchandising workflow, purchasing and logistic process in details
• Good command in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
