Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchasing orders, quotations, price comparisons;
• Monitor inventory movement and purchasing needs;
• Sourcing of new suppliers to support project development and cost down;
• Prepare regular purchase forecast and inventory control reports;
• Communicate with suppliers for the performance of products and quality;
• Monitor suppliers’ performance and participate in suppliers’ evaluation;
• Work closely with packaging subcontractors for shipment schedule and arrangement;
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records;
• Provide the purchasing administrative and clerical support;
• Work closely with various operations departments in both Jiangmen & Dongguan factories;
• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• DSE graduated or above in purchasing related disciplines preferable;
• Minimum 3 years purchasing experience on chemical and packaging products;
• Good negotiation & communication skill and numerical sense;
• Good command in Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
• Mature, independent and self-motivated;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer;
• Good knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is preferable;
• Station in PRC (Jiangmen & Dongguan) & occasionally business travel is required.
