(In the Safety and Quality Department)

Responsibilities  

• Monitoring inward documentation sent from ships as per company requirements
• Group each record for review and analyzing purpose
• Keeping and organizing all communications files, PSC inspection, Internal/ External audit, Corrective/ and follow up actions of the office and all vessels of the fleet, for further evaluation and quality controls
• Publish, launch, and circulate, within the company, the Safety Management Manuals, and related correspondences to each department and fleet vessels
• Manage the HSEQ Library 

Requirements

• University graduated, preferable in shipping or related studies
• Experience in ship management companies preferred however Fresh Graduates with right team spirit and attitude are also welcomed
• Responsible, positive, well organized, capable to communicate with all levels and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
