Responsibilities:

• Technical review and evaluation of Sweaters samples for the production
• Prepare technical packages and graded spec.
• Communicate fitting comments and provide technical advice and support to Merchandising & and factories on product quality, sample execution and fit related issues
• Oversee fitting approval, size set, pattern and technical problem solving
• Occasional travel within Guangdong Province is required

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience with strong technical experience in Sweater
• Degree holder in garment engineering and techniques is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of fitting, grading, paper pattern adjustments, garment production techniques, fabric & finishing​
• Independent working experiences
• Must be detailed oriented, hard-working and self-motivated
• Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A good team player with high degree of commitment to complete the work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good PC skill in Microsoft Office
