Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver short and long-term CRM strategies on both consumer and corporate sectors to achieve different business KPIs
• Enhance membership scheme and implement high functioning CRM system as an effective customer management tool (for both front-end and back-end) for cinemas
• Oversee direct communications with customers through cost-effective channels and build the SoLoMo concept for integrated customer experience
• Conduct data analysis to draw business insights and implement segmentation strategies on customer activities
• Carry out ad hoc projects assigned by Senior Marketing & CRM Manager

  Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communications, PR or Hospitality discipline
• 5 years or above relevant experience in marketing profession; experience in retail industry, advertising/ media would be a definite advantage
• Strong understanding on current marketing and digital trends, best practices across cinema and new media sectors.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team member with can-do attitude
• Proactive and result oriented, able to handle multi-task and prioritize the tasks in a fast-paced market situation
• Proficient in both English and Chinese Windows driven software packages
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
