Job Description
Our client is a well established brand owner and well reputed for its diversified products and innovative distribution channels. With an aggressive growth plan, the role has arisen where the brand manager has unique opportunity to drive integrated marketing campaigns and formulate winning brand strategy to ensure market leadership and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the marketing and promotional plan to achieve business goals
- Execute product launch with ATL, BTL, digital program and PR supports
- Generate ideas, execute and co-ordinate the assigned projects
- Drive the social and digital platforms
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties for the implementation of marketing strategies from scratch till completion
- Perform analysis on campaign and channel performance with the objective in identifying market insights and sales opportunities
- Understand the consumer needs
- Collect and analyze market and competitive information
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2 years' or above experience in product/ OTC/ brand marketing, with experience in FMCG
- Well organized with strong problem solving and project management skills
- Independent, detail-minded, self-initiated and multi-tasking
- Team player with open-minded attitude, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Immediate available is highly preferred
