The Role
- Provide an excellent client service to support customers with their enquiries
- Manage customers’ enquiries by email or phone and work with a multitude of industries and companies
- Prioritise and collaborate with Account Managers, Experts, Engineers, and Product teams to implement customers’ request and questions
- Provide advice and help solve technical issues by working with different business units in HK
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to speak and write in English and Cantonese fluently (Mandarin is a plus)
- Freshly graduated or 1 year experience in digital or media
- Interest or passion for digital marketing
- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese
