The Officer is responsible for assisting with planning and execution of various fundraising and corporate communications/public relations initiatives, and providing support to the Communication & Resource Development team on system enhancement projects.

Job duties:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of corporate events, media/promotion campaigns, donor engagement and acquisition programs to achieve set targets within budget
• Prepare appealing and action-driven content for fundraising and promotions, as well as digital marketing & advertising campaigns
• Coordinate online donation platform and CRM system enhancement projects
• Work with vendors on corporate materials development and production
• Support the team’s ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• 2 years or above related experiences in Marketing or Corporate Communications, with NGO working experiences preferred
• Hands-on experience in content development, using graphic design software such as Photoshop.  Experience/Knowledge in video editing is an advantage
• Good proficiency in Chinese and English languages, with excellent copywriting skills
• Good coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Passion and dedication to work in an NGO
